Help make stablecoins easier to use in your local market.

Changer+ (https://changer.plus) is a stablecoin-first, self-custodial wallet built to make holding, transferring and using stablecoins simpler, while users stay in control of their assets.

We’re looking for a Country Community Manager to grow our local presence, build an engaged community and turn interest into real app usage. You’ll work closely with our growth team and have room to test ideas, build partnerships and shape how Changer+ reaches your market.

What you’ll do

- Drive app downloads, user activation, conversion and repeat usage through local campaigns and community initiatives.
- Build and manage local communities, creating conversations and activities that keep people engaged.
- Help new users get started with Changer+ and understand how to use stablecoins.
- Create or adapt content for local audiences across relevant social channels.
- Build relationships with creators, community leaders, partners and event organisers.
- Run experiments, track results and improve what works.
- Share user feedback and local insights with our product and growth teams.

What we’re looking for

- Experience growing a community, product or audience, ideally in Web3, fintech or consumer apps.
- A strong understanding of your local market and its online communities.
- Clear communication skills in your local language and English.
- Someone who can take initiative,



execute consistently and connect community activity to measurable growth.
- An interest in stablecoins, self-custody and making crypto easier for everyday users.

Bonus points

- You already run a community or have an active local network.
- You can share proof of work, such as campaigns, content, communities, partnerships or measurable growth results.
- You’ve tried Changer+ and have practical ideas for improving adoption in your market.

How we can work together

We’re open to different ways of working, including full-time, part time, project-based and KPI-based arrangements. Scope, targets and compensation will be discussed based on your experience, availability and proposed contribution.
