Role Description The IELTS / TOEFL Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Madgaon. The trainer will conduct regular classroom sessions for IELTS and TOEFL preparation, focusing on listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering lessons, creating practice materials and mock tests, providing individual feedback, and tracking learner progress.

The role involves using a variety of teaching methods and resources, supporting students with exam strategies, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance.



The trainer will collaborate with the consultancy team to align training with students’ overseas education goals and may participate in workshops or information sessions for prospective learners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct diverse learners in a transparent and engaging manner.
- Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including familiarity with exam formats, scoring criteria, and test strategies.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented lessons and create relevant study materials.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, and certifications in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to motivate students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Prior experience training students for IELTS, TOEFL, or other English proficiency exams, along with basic computer skills for using digital learning tools, will be an advantage.
