✔ Masters/ Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✔ Strong organizational and coordination skills
✔ Passion for learning, people development, and employee engagement
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support learning and development initiatives, training programs, and workshops
✅ Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and wellness activities
✅ Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards
✅ Create internal communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders across teams and regions
✅ Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture
