We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our school team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a school or educational institution..

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, appointment letters, and staff documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly salary processing.
- Prepare HR documents, including warning letters, experience certificates, relieving letters, and resignation records.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and compliance with school policies.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related administrative activities.




- Coordinate with the school management and departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of information.

Required Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a school workplace.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRMS/payroll software.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
