Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, and ensure timely closure of open positions across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including technical, non-technical, and operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and consultancy networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and departmental heads.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS reports.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they join on the committed date.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within the defined timeline.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment trackers.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, furniture, interior design, or industrial recruitment will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of positions closed within the target timeline.
- Number of qualified candidates shortlisted.
- Interview-to-selection and selection-to-joining ratios.
- Offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Recruitment turnaround time.
- Accuracy and timely updating of recruitment MIS.
