HR Executive – Tech Recruitment & HR Operations

About InfoLabs Global

InfoLabs Global builds conversational AI, voice AI and computer vision products for enterprises and government organisations across India and the UAE. Our platforms include iCall (AI voice agents for live phone calls), TalkBot (digital human avatars), VeraVision.AI (video analytics) and iPAL (adaptive learning). We are growing our engineering team in Noida and need an HR professional who can hire strong technical talent and run day-to-day HR.

What you'll do

Technical Recruitment (primary focus)

- Own end-to-end hiring for tech roles: AI/ML engineers, DevOps, backend, frontend, QA, UI/UX and product
- Understand each role well enough to screen meaningfully: skills, tools, experience level and project fit
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals and direct outreach
- Write and post job descriptions, and manage paid job posts on LinkedIn and Naukri
- Screen CVs, run first-round calls and shortlist before technical interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the engineering leads and founders
- Run assignments and technical-test logistics, and follow up with candidates promptly
- Negotiate offers, release offer letters and manage notice-period follow-ups until joining
- Track the hiring pipeline and report weekly: open roles, candidates per stage, time-to-hire, joining ratio

HR Operations

- Onboarding: documentation, joining formalities, induction and system/access coordination with IT
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave
- Support monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll vendor
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters,



experience letters and relieving letters
- Manage exits: resignations, full-and-final coordination and exit interviews
- Help with HR policies, employee engagement and basic statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)

What we're looking for

Must have

- 2+ years of HR experience, with hands-on IT / tech recruitment
- Proven record of closing technical roles (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps or similar)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job portals, including Boolean search
- Ability to understand job requirements and technical terms well enough to screen candidates
- Experience handling end-to-end hiring: sourcing to offer to joining
- Working knowledge of onboarding, documentation and HR operations
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi
- Organised, follows up without being chased, and comfortable working at startup speed

Good to have

- Experience hiring for AI/ML, cloud or product roles
- Experience with an ATS or HRMS (Zoho People, Keka, greytHR or similar)
- Payroll and statutory compliance exposure
- Experience in a startup or quick-growing tech company
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
