Abhinav DigiCompSoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive HR professional with a strong ownership mindset to manage HR operations, employee relations, and organizational governance.
? Experience: 0–5 years
? Qualification: MBA in HR preferred
? Location: Pune (On-site)
? Employment Type: Full-time
? Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll.
- Handle employee relations, workplace discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Manage vendor verification and due diligence.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance records.
- Identify potential business risks and support management decisions.
- Assist with employer branding, hiring campaigns, and HR/Admin budgeting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, and payroll.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.
