Role Description The Hub Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing daily operations at the local mobility hub. This includes coordinating e-bike and EV availability, monitoring vehicle usage and condition, and ensuring smooth last-mile delivery activities. The role involves managing rider or partner queries, maintaining basic records and reports, and supporting compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

- Operational coordination skills, including basic scheduling, inventory tracking, and on-ground workflow management.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with riders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Basic data and reporting skills, such as using spreadsheets or simple software tools to document hub activities.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures related to electric vehicles and last-mile operations.
- Strong problem-solving attitude, reliability, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore and manage field tasks as needed.
- Prior experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or mobility operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational background in high school or equivalent; higher education in business, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
