Sofiology Labs LLP is hiring experienced Immigration Counsellors for a dedicated sales desk managed on behalf of one of our international immigration and career services partners.

We're looking for professionals who understand immigration counselling, know how to convert interested prospects, and want to grow their earnings in a structured, performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with interested inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online consultations.
- Assess customer requirements and provide accurate, professional immigration counselling.




- Explain suitable immigration programmes, service offerings, commercial terms, and next steps.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry qualification to successful conversion and payment.
- Follow up with warm prospects, resolve objections, and close sales.
- Recommend relevant resume and career services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with the partner's service delivery team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of direct immigration counselling or immigration sales experience is mandatory.

- Previous experience with an immigration consultancy or visa advisory business.
- Practical exposure to Canada, Australia, Germany, or other international immigration destinations.
- Demonstrated experience converting immigration enquiries into paying customers.
- Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and online customer consultations.
- Professional, ethical, and results-oriented approach.

Please note: This role is exclusively for candidates with prior immigration industry experience. General sales, telesales, or unrelated counselling experience alone will not qualify.
