Role Description The Assistant Manager – Production (Pharmaceutical Injectables | Sterile/Non-Sterile) is responsible for overseeing daily production activities for injectable formulations in sterile and non-sterile environments. This full-time, in office position is based in Bahadurgarh and involves supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards, and maintaining product quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process. The role includes planning and executing production schedules, coordinating with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Manager will monitor equipment performance,



support validation and documentation activities, troubleshoot process issues, and participate in audits and inspections. The position also involves mentoring team members, supporting training efforts, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical injectables production, with exposure to sterile and non-sterile operations and GMP environments.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, documentation, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve operational problems, and implement process improvements safely and efficiently.
