Role Description The Head – Trusteeship will lead and oversee all trusteeship functions, ensuring that assets are managed in line with organizational objectives, legal requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves setting governance frameworks, defining policies, and monitoring compliance across trust-related activities. The role includes reviewing and approving key decisions related to asset allocation, documentation, and reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and beneficiaries.

The Head – Trusteeship will analyze performance data, identify risks, and implement controls to safeguard assets. In addition, this role will mentor team members,



coordinate audits, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on trust operations and strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and governance capabilities, with experience overseeing trusteeship, fiduciary responsibilities, or asset management functions.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to trusts, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including communication with beneficiaries, partners, and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, financial interpretation, and decision-making based on data and risk assessments.
- Ability to develop and implement policies, processes, and controls that enhance transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within financial services, legal, corporate governance, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in law, finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in governance or compliance are an advantage.
