We’re looking for a marketing leader to help build the future of fragrance.

Aéromé has grown from 2 clients in 2016 to over 4,000 today, helping build India’s ambient scenting industry.

Our next ambition is bigger: to build an entire fragrance ecosystem spanning ambient scenting, fine fragrances, home fragrances, car fragrances, wellness and more.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing function and turn this ambition into business growth, with a solid focus on building our D2C business.

D2C: BUILD A CONSUMER BRAND

Own the D2C marketing and growth strategy, from brand positioning to revenue growth.

Build a distinctive brand through powerful storytelling, creative campaigns and consumer insights.

Drive D2C and e-commerce performance, customer acquisition, retention and repeat purchases.

Lead product launches, channel strategy and go-to-market execution.

Identify new opportunities to build and scale our consumer business.

B2B: ACCELERATE DIGITAL GROWTH

Own the digital marketing strategy for our ambient scenting business.

Build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads and improve conversion into revenue.

Strengthen our online presence across hospitality, retail,



real estate, corporate offices and other industries.

- Align marketing closely with sales to drive measurable business outcomes.

THIS IS A BUSINESS OWNERSHIP ROLE.

You will lead the marketing team, set priorities, manage budgets, define performance metrics and be accountable for results. You’ll work closely with the founder and have the autonomy to shape strategy, make decisions and build the team and capabilities needed to deliver growth.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional marketing instinct, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong bias for execution. We care more about what you’ve built and what you can achieve than the number of years on your CV.

Experience in consumer brands, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, FMCG or D2C is valuable, but the ability to think commercially and make things happen matters most.
