Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head of Operations role based in Jaipur. The Head of Operations will oversee end-to-end operational activities across retail and online channels, ensuring efficient processes, optimal inventory management, and consistent service quality.

Responsibilities include designing and improving operational workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing cost-effective strategies that support business growth. The role involves leading and mentoring operations teams, collaborating closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and technology to align operational goals with company objectives.



The Head of Operations will also manage budgets, drive process automation and standardization, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Operations Management skills, including process optimization, inventory control, and multi-location retail and e-commerce operations.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Proven Team Management abilities, including leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for transparent reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Budgeting and financial management skills to plan, monitor, and optimize operational costs and investments.
- Relevant experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive continuous improvement, and implement scalable operational solutions.
