Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and courteous experience at the premises.

The Guest Relation

Executive will handle reception duties such as managing incoming calls, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating appointments and meeting schedules.

Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, guiding visitors to the appropriate departments, supporting basic customer service and sales-related queries, and maintaining a neat and organized front office environment.



The role may also involve coordinating with internal teams to arrange meetings, refreshments, and logistics for guests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including confident speaking, attentive listening, and basic written communication.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, such as handling calls, managing front desk operations, and organizing visitor records.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales and client interaction skills to support inquiries and direct potential customers appropriately.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline are preferred.
- Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with familiarity with MS Office and email usage, is beneficial.
