Role Description The Guest Relations Executive – Spa is a full time, on-site position based at Somara Wellness in Hyderabad. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth reception experience.

The Guest Relations

Executive responds to inquiries, explains spa services, manages appointments and scheduling, and coordinates with therapists and other staff to deliver a seamless guest journey. Daily tasks include handling phone and walk-in bookings, maintaining accurate records, managing billing and payments, and resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism. The role also supports sales of spa services, packages, and memberships,



while consistently upholding Somara Wellness standards of hospitality and service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a friendly and professional approach to all guests.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and basic written correspondence.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to promote spa services, packages, and memberships in a consultative manner.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties capabilities, including appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and handling phone and in-person inquiries.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or a similar customer-facing setting.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
- Candidates should be comfortable using basic computer systems or booking software and managing payment procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in hospitality or wellness is an advantage.
