About QuantCrest

QuantCrest helps students prepare for quantitative trading and research interviews at firms like Jane Street, SIG, Citadel and Optiver. The site has over 2,200 interview questions with step-by-step hints and full solutions, a Quant 101 course, timed mock tests, market-making games, a page for each firm and a live jobs board. The first lessons and a set of questions are free, and one pass opens everything else.

Our Discord community already has more than 3,000 students. We're a small team, so this internship is hands-on from day one. You'll work directly with the founder and see your work go live every week.

What you'll do

- Plan and post daily content on Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Reddit: puzzles, short Reels, carousels and interview tips
- Write captions, hooks and short scripts, and help edit Reels
- Reply to comments and messages, and help current students find their way around the site
- Grow our community on Discord and on campus by reaching out to university quant, finance and maths societies and setting up talks or puzzle contests with them
- Track what works each week (reach, saves, sign-ups) in a simple sheet and suggest what to try next
- Collect feedback from students and bring it back to the team so we can improve the site
- Help run launch week and our newsletter





Who we're looking for

- A student or recent graduate, ideally in maths, statistics, engineering, economics or a related subject
- You enjoy probability puzzles and can explain an idea simply. You don't need to be a quant.
- You write clear, natural English and care about small details.
- You use Instagram, LinkedIn or X every day and have a feel for what makes a post work
- You're comfortable with Canva or CapCut (or similar) and Google Sheets
- You take ownership: you can plan a week of posts, ship them on time and tell us what you learned

Nice to have

- You've run a society, a page or a channel and grown its audience
- You're preparing for quant interviews yourself or know people who are
- Some experience with Reels editing, newsletters or simple analytics

What you get:

- Stipend: ₹10000- ₹15000 per month
