Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Graphic Designer & Visual Content Lead (AI-Native). The role involves creating visually captivating designs and leading graphic design initiatives to align with the brand's identity. We’re looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy Graphic Designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling. This role goes far beyond static design — you’ll be shaping how the brand looks, feels, and moves across every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the visual identity of the brand across digital, social, e-commerce, campaigns,



and launches
- Design high-quality assets for:
- Instagram (posts, reels covers, stories)
- TikTok & short-form video thumbnails
- Pinterest (idea pins, long-form visuals)
- Substack / long-form editorial graphics
- Website, emails, lookbooks, ads
- Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Collaborate on creative direction & campaign ideation
- Stay ahead of global design, fashion & content trends

Use AI tools to:

- Speed up concept development
- Generate visual ideas, moodboards & variations
- Enhance workflows (image generation, background extensions, retouching, motion)

Required Skills

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / Premiere)
- Excellent video editing & motion design skills
- Proven experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Strong typography, layout & colour sensibility
- Deep understanding of social-first design
- Ability to translate brand DNA into consistent, elevated visuals

Bonus

- Experience in fashion / luxury / lifestyle brands
- Motion graphics & animation skills
- Ability to shoot basic content (iPhone / DSLR)
