Biophytix Solution LLP is establishing a dietary supplement manufacturing facility specializing in Tablets, Capsules, Powders and Packaging, with a focus on Indian and international markets, including the USA.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager / Plant Head who can establish, lead and independently manage end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead plant setup, machinery commissioning and operational readiness.
- Manage manufacturing, production planning, maintenance, procurement, warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Establish efficient, SOP-driven and KPI-based departmental systems.
- Support cGMP readiness aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 111 and Part 117.
- Implement ERP-driven operations, inventory traceability and process automation.
- Manage manpower, budgets, operating costs and production performance.
- Build capable departmental teams with explicit accountability.




- Create an operational structure that functions with minimal day-to-day promoter involvement.

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical or comparable regulated manufacturing.
- Proven experience in plant leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of GMP, production planning, quality systems and operational management.
- Experience in tablet, capsule and powder manufacturing preferred.
- Exposure to US dietary supplement cGMP requirements is an advantage.
- Greenfield plant setup and ERP implementation experience strongly preferred.
- A self-driven leader with strong ownership, integrity and problem-solving ability.
