Role Description The Networks and Cybersecurity Trainer internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The trainer will design and deliver training modules on networking fundamentals, network security, and cybersecurity concepts, using lab-based, practical exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, mentoring learners, assessing performance, and providing feedback to improve their skills.

The role also involves updating course content based on emerging threats and technologies, collaborating with internal teams to refine lab environments, and supporting learners with doubts and projects. Interns are expected to maintain a professional learning workplace, document training outcomes,



and contribute ideas to enhance Sparktales Solutions’ training programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and network Security, with a clear understanding of core security principles and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Security, including secure network design, configuration, and monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Application Security, focusing on secure software practices and protection against common vulnerabilities.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Malware Analysis, including identifying, analyzing, and explaining malware behavior to learners.
- Solid understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, structured language and engage learners with practical examples.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CEH, or similar are desirable.
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
