We are looking for experienced #FinishingSupervisors with solid expertise in finishing activities for a #highrisebuilding project.

? Position Details

- Designation: #FinishingSupervisor
- Number of Openings: 6
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Qualification: #HSC or #AnyGraduate
- Location: #Savroli, #Khalapur Toll Gate
- Project Duration: 12 Months

? Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Supervise all finishing activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and other interior and exterior finishing works.
- Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth execution.
- Must have handled at least one project from execution through the final handover stage.




- Conduct snagging activities, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Manage de-snagging activities and ensure timely closure of all identified snags before final handover.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure readiness of completed areas for inspection and handover.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve site-related issues.
