Training Manager – Finance & Accounting - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end training delivery for Finance & Accounting operations.
- Partner with Delivery teams, clients and stakeholders to manage training deliverables.
- Design and implement training modules for RTR, P2P and OTC processes.
- Conduct training-needs assessments and develop suitable learning solutions.
- Manage recent-hire training, cross-training, retraining and business ramp-up programs.
- Create training frameworks, SOPs, process documentation and instructional material.
- Govern knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer and accreditation during transitions.
- Track training effectiveness through audits, dashboards, reports and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, contractual requirements and client-specific processes.
- Lead and develop the training team, including performance reviews and capability development.
- Conduct stakeholder reviews, client calls and monthly business reviews.




- Support account transitions and establish training frameworks from the initial stage.
- Promote LMS, digital learning and AI-enabled training platforms.
- Drive process excellence, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge across RTR, P2P and/or OTC.
- Experience in Knowledge Management and operational training.
- Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development and training evaluation.
- Experience with classroom, virtual, web-based and train-the-trainer methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder and client-management skills.
- Team management and people-leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and project-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with international and/or domestic F&A; clients.

Education

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Commerce graduates or candidates with an MBA in Finance are preferred
