Role Description The Executive – Export Coordination is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The executive will manage end-to-end export coordination, including preparation and verification of export documentation, liaison with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely shipment of orders.

The role involves coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams to align export schedules, monitor order status, and resolve shipment-related issues. The executive will communicate with international customers regarding shipment details,



compliance requirements, and documentation queries while ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and company policies.

The role also includes maintaining accurate records of export activities, tracking payments and documentation for audits, and supporting continuous improvement in export processes.

Qualifications & Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in export coordination/operations.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and EXIM procedures.
- Experience in export operations and international trade practices.
- Experience in customer handling and coordination related to exports.
- Relevant experience in chemicals, pigments, or related manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/export management software.
- Knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, and export compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
