About the Role

Magnanimous Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events Production Executive to manage production coordination, fabrication, vendor management, and on-site execution for corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in event production, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end production activities for corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Manage the production and fabrication of stage sets, exhibition stalls, backdrops, display units, and branding elements.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, fabricators, event managers, and site teams.
- Monitor production schedules, material requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise fabrication quality, installation,



event setup, and dismantling.
- Coordinate logistics, material procurement, transportation, and inventory.
- Liaise with sound, lighting, LED, and AV vendors to meet event technical requirements.
- Monitor vendor costs, material usage, and production wastage.
- Troubleshoot on-site production challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain production reports, work orders, checklists, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with venue guidelines, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in event production, event management, exhibition fabrication, or brand activations.
- Knowledge of event setup, fabrication materials, production processes, and site execution.
- Strong vendor management, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to event sites and work flexible schedule during event execution.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on skilled with a strong understanding of event production who can coordinate multiple teams, manage vendors, solve on-ground challenges, and deliver high-quality events within timelines and budgets.
