About the RoleBeatit Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of corporate events, sports events, sporting leagues, tournaments, and large-scale event projects. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership capabilities, excellent technical production knowledge, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end event operations, teams, vendors, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, sports events, tournaments, brand activations, and large-scale productions.
- Manage complete event operations, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, production schedules, and execution timelines.
- Conduct venue recce and prepare detailed venue recce reports, element sheets, layouts, and operational plans.
- Oversee technical production requirements, including fabrication, stall construction, overlays, staging, lighting, sound, LED screens, trussing, and event infrastructure.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, cost control, procurement, logistics, and vendor performance.
- Lead on-ground operations, including setup, installation, live event execution, dismantling, and post-event closure.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Client Servicing, Creative, Accounts, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee sports event operations, including venue readiness, playing areas, spectator zones, branding, hospitality, equipment, and logistics.
- Monitor project budgets, operational expenses, vendor bills,



and final cost reconciliations.
- Identify operational risks, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure compliance with safety standards and venue guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations team while ensuring accountability, quality, and timely execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in event operations, preferably with an established event management, sports marketing, or experiential marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in corporate events, sports events, sporting leagues, tournaments, and large-format productions.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication, overlays, stage production, lighting, sound, LED screens, and technical event infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in venue recce, element sheets, production planning, vendor management, and budget control.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event requirements.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates currently working as Senior Operations Managers, Senior Event Production Managers, or Operations Leads within event management companies, sports marketing agencies, or experiential event agencies will be preferred. Experience in large-scale corporate events, sports leagues, government events, and high-profile productions will be an added advantage.
