Role Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementation programs, drive delivery governance, and manage cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program management, with experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead program planning, sprint scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance.

· Manage daily program reviews and weekly stakeholder updates.

· Configure and maintain Azure DevOps queries, dashboards, work items, and delivery plans.





· Develop automated Power BI reports and dashboards for tracking program performance.

· Monitor sprint progress, team capacity, delivery milestones, and project risks.

· Ensure proper tracking of defects, QA/UAT activities, and client sign-offs.

· Coordinate with module leads, QA teams, clients, and onshore/offshore stakeholders.

· Maintain action logs, follow up on pending tasks, and escalate delivery issues.

· Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and accountability across teams.

Required Skills

1. 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
2. Experience managing at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O; or comparable ERP implementations.
3. Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps, including WIQL queries, dashboards, work item customization, Analytics views/OData, and REST APIs.
4. Experience developing Power BI reports with automated data refresh.
5. Robust understanding of Agile methodologies, capacity-based sprint planning, and burn-up reporting.
6. Excellent skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, delivery tracking, and escalation management.
7. Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualification

1. Functional or technical background in D365 F&O;, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and Accounting, or statutory localizations.
2. Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Power Automate for process and reporting automation.
3. Experience in QA/UAT governance, defect management, and client sign-off processes.
4. Familiarity with AI-powered coding and analysis tools.
5. Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
