Aryan Electrical & Automation is a Delhi-based electrical services company, founded in 2012 by Mr. Neeraj Kumar. Established as a proprietorship, the firm has grown over more than a decade from a specialist testing and maintenance team into a trusted partner for utilities, industrial plants, infrastructure developers and solar power producers across North India and beyond.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical) or relevant field

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers can also apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (final salary depends on the interview, skills and experience)

Job Summary: The Electrical Relay Engineer tests, calibrates and programs protection relays used in power systems, ensuring correct protection operation and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Test and calibrate numerical and electromechanical relays.
- Carry out logic programming and settings of numerical relays.
- Use Omicron test kits and CT analyzers for relay and CT testing.
- Verify protection schemes, trip circuits and relay settings as per requirements.
- Record results and prepare detailed relay test and calibration reports.
- Troubleshoot protection-related faults at client sites.
- Follow safety procedures and site rules during testing.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of protection relays (numerical and electromechanical).
- Hands-on experience with Omicron kits and CT analyzers (preferred).
- Relay logic programming and settings knowledge.
- Understanding of CT/PT and protection schemes.
- Report-writing skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

- Field-based role with travel to client sites; work in switchyards, substations and industrial locations.
- Adherence to safety rules and use of PPE is mandatory.
- A 2-year service commitment is required, as per the bond agreement.
