Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company’s ecommerce platforms and marketplaces. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory and order flow, updating product information, improving searchability and conversions, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that increase traffic and revenue. The role also involves maintaining accurate, explicit, and compliant product content and ensuring a positive, respectful customer experience for all online shoppers.

- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online product catalogs and driving conversions.
- Solid Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics, interpreting data, and recommending improvements.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.
