About the Role

Triggr is looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive online sales and profitability across marketplaces. The role requires strong commercial ownership, hands-on marketplace expertise, and proven experience with a consumer electronics brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Own revenue, growth, and profitability targets across e-commerce channels.
- Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, including listings, pricing, promotions, and account health.
- Build relationships with marketplace account managers to secure visibility, promotional opportunities, and growth support.
- Drive product launches and sale events through coordinated pricing, advertising, inventory, and content plans.
- Optimise product listings, specifications, images, comparison content, and keywords to improve discovery and conversion.
- Manage marketplace advertising budgets and improve campaign returns while maintaining channel margins.
- Work with marketing and website teams to grow D2C sales, conversion, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, replenishment, and fulfilment with supply chain and operations teams.
- Track returns, cancellations, ratings, warranty-related feedback,



and customer issues; drive corrective action with relevant teams.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions to identify growth opportunities.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans.

Mandatory Requirements

- 5–8 years of E-commerce experience, including hands-on experience working with a consumer electronics brand.
- Proven experience managing and growing sales on major marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong understanding of channel profitability, marketplace fees, advertising costs, discounts, and returns.
- Demonstrated experience executing consumer electronics product launches and major marketplace sale events.
- Hands-on knowledge of marketplace advertising, catalogue management, pricing, and inventory planning.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage marketplace relationships and coordinate effectively across marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer support.

Preferred

- Experience managing a D2C website alongside marketplace channels.
- Familiarity with website analytics and e-commerce reporting tools.
- Experience scaling an online-first consumer electronics brand.
