About the Opportunity

TajSATS brings together hospitality, culinary expertise and aviation-focused food solutions in a dynamic, multi-unit business environment. We are looking for an accomplished finance professional to join us as Director of Finance – Bengaluru. In this leadership role, you will partner with the General Manager and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance and translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management for the business.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, variance analyses, management reports and key performance indicators.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies supporting revenue growth, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash-flow projections and liquidity requirements, optimise the use of cash resources and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
- Drive cost-control initiatives while maintaining operational and service-quality requirements.
- Lead account reconciliations, balance-sheet reviews and weekly and monthly financial reporting.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the company’s accounting policies, controls and financial processes.
- Maintain compliance with applicable taxation, commercial, statutory, regulatory and audit requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk-management practices.
- Evaluate commercial proposals and provide financial insights to support informed business decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team, creating a culture of accountability,



collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- Chartered Accountant, master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or an equivalent professional finance qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, including experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or in a comparable leadership role.
- Experience in hospitality, flight catering, hotels, food services or catering operations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash-flow management, taxation, statutory compliance and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational and functional leadership teams.

- Fluency in English is required.
