Role Description The Director of Hotel Operations is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations across assigned properties and ensuring a high standard of guest experience. This role includes managing and optimizing front-of-house and back-of-house processes, coordinating with property leadership, and setting operational standards and procedures. The Director will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, review financial reports, and drive revenue initiatives in partnership with sales and marketing teams.

Day-to-day tasks involve guiding customer service practices, supporting food and beverage operations, overseeing staffing levels, and ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.



The role also requires developing improvement plans, mentoring hotel management teams, and collaborating closely with ANR Business Consulting and client stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

- Solid Operations Management skills, including experience overseeing multi-property or complex hotel environments.
- Proven Customer Service expertise with the ability to set standards and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Demonstrated Budgeting and financial management skills, including forecasting, cost control, and P&L; oversight.
- Experience in hotel Sales and revenue-generating initiatives, such as upselling, packages, and partnership programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu execution, and cost management.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams remotely, with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and basic data analysis tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous leadership experience in hotel operations or hospitality management is strongly preferred.
