? Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

? Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.




- Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize them for better results.
