I am looking for a die designer who can grow into running our toolroom, with 3-6 years of press tool experience (basically someone who gets uncomfortable when a die takes longer than it should).

What you will do:

- Lead the toolroom’s growth, from die planning to tryout, and grow into Head of Toolroom
- Cut die development lead time through standard designs and smarter planning
- Design progressive, compound and drawing dies, including part drawings, strip layout, raw material calculation and BOM
- Work hands-on with new development, tryouts and troubleshooting on fan covers, motor covers, geyser parts and automotive components for reputed OEMs
