Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 30 Days
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer L3 to manage end-user IT support, desktop infrastructure, IT assets, and overall IT operations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets, printers, and audio-video devices.
- Vendor, asset, and escalation management.
- Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 (O365) is an advantage.
- Experience leading a team for 2–3 years while working as an individual contributor.
- Ability to oversee day-to-day IT operations and coordinate with server, network, and vendor teams.
- Availability for occasional weekend activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM IST. Interested candidates can share their updated resumes. Immediate joiners and candidates serving notice periods of up to 30 days are preferred.
