Key Responsibilities

- Project Leadership: Lead, mentor, and execute Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) projects, including value stream and process mapping.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Create metric dashboards and trend reports for the CEO PMO, COO, and functional heads.
- Mentorship & Training: Train internal teams and mentor Green Belt trainees.
- Business Support: Support consulting assignments, change management, and sales collaterals (RFPs/RFIs).

Requirements

- Certification: Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with a proven track record of completed projects.
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Technical Skills: Robust background in analytics, statistical tools, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
