We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead to manage end-to-end data migration, ETL processes, data validation, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data migration projects, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large datasets.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Develop data mapping, migration plans, and validation processes.
Troubleshoot migration issues and resolve data discrepancies.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams.
Ensure data security and minimal disruption during migration.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in data migration, ETL,
or data engineering.
Robust SQL and database management skills.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
Experience with large datasets and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.
Python or scripting for migration automation.
Previous experience leading migration projects and mentoring team members.
