Role Description The Data Center Commissioning Manager/Lead (CxA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end commissioning activities for data centers, including planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning processes for mechanical, electrical, and building services systems. The manager/lead will develop commissioning plans, supervise testing and verification, manage documentation, and ensure that systems meet performance, safety, and compliance requirements.

Daily tasks include coordinating with design, construction,



and operations teams; monitoring project timelines and resources; managing vendor and contractor performance; and resolving technical issues during commissioning. The role also involves continuous improvement of commissioning standards, risk management, and contribution to internal frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Commissioning Management, including planning, execution, testing, and documentation of data center systems.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Building Services, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, ELV, and critical infrastructure systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills for scheduling, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in data center projects or mission-critical facilities, with familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and to use commissioning and monitoring tools effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic data center setting and contribute to frameworks and process improvements.
