Role Description This is a full-time, in office Cyber Security Trainer role based in Jaipur.

The Cyber Security

Trainer will design and deliver training programs covering core areas of cybersecurity, including network security, application security, information security, and malware analysis.

Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, organizing hands-on labs, demonstrations, and assessments, and ensuring that learners understand both foundational concepts and advanced security practices.



The role involves updating course content to reflect emerging threats and technologies, mentoring learners on projects, supporting their certification preparation, and collaborating with the training team to maintain high instructional standards.

The Cyber Security

Trainer will also provide feedback on learner performance and contribute to continuous improvement of the cybersecurity curriculum.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core Cybersecurity and Information Security concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly and practically.
- Hands-on experience in Network Security, including configuring and securing network devices, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Applied knowledge of Application Security, including secure coding practices, vulnerability assessment, and common attack vectors.
- Practical skills in Malware Analysis, threat detection, and incident response techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in cybersecurity or IT, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design lab exercises, work with security tools, and translate complex topics into accessible learning content.
- Commitment to keeping knowledge current with emerging security trends, tools, and best practices.
