Role Description The Customer Support Executive–Rotational Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saki-Vihar, Mumbai. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing timely and accurate information about ALOGIC products and services.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting interactions in support systems, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. The executive will collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex concerns, maintain knowledge of product updates, and adhere to rotational shift schedules to support customers across different time zones. The position requires a customer-centric approach, clear communication, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and build positive customer relationships.




- Candidates should possess experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to handle digital communication channels and ensure a high-quality support experience.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist with basic troubleshooting and product-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles, preferably in electronics or technology sectors.
- Basic proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and common office software tools.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
