This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Noida.
The Customer Support
Executive will handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and online channels, providing clear, timely, and accurate responses. The role includes troubleshooting basic product and technical issues, guiding customers on usage, and escalating complex cases to relevant teams.
Responsibilities also involve maintaining detailed records of interactions, tracking recurring issues, and sharing feedback with product and operations teams to improve customer experience.
The Customer Support
Executive will contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement in service quality.
Qualifications-
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathetic communication and solution-oriented approaches.
- Experience with Online Support channels, including email, chat, and social media interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
- Comfort with CRM tools.
- Prior experience in customer support, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
