Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role involves engaging with customers in person and through various communication channels to provide timely assistance, resolve queries, and ensure a positive brand experience. Daily responsibilities include managing client interactions, maintaining accurate customer records, following up on inquiries and orders, and supporting after-sales service.

Executive will collaborate with sales and operations teams to strengthen long-term customer relationships, gather feedback, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Shift timings - 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Salary upto 32k

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Proficiency in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management to build and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with luxury clientele professionally.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple customer interactions, and use CRM or similar tools effectively.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a genuine interest in luxury products and brand representation.
