Work Timings : Day Shift Only

Job Type : On-roll full time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and resolve customer/partner queries effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT
- Maintain proper query records and follow-ups
- Understand issues and provide accurate solutions
- Handle communication through email and phone
- Follow defined processes, SOPs & escalation guidelines

Skills Required

- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Positive analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong query-handling ability
- Follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple queries responsibly
