Role Description The Credit Coordinator role at HLF SERVICES is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves reviewing and assessing customer credit applications, monitoring outstanding balances, and maintaining up-to-date credit records.

The Credit

Coordinator will coordinate with internal teams to set credit limits, manage credit risks, and follow up on overdue accounts through structured collection activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer payment behavior, preparing credit reports, communicating with customers to resolve billing and payment issues,



and ensuring adherence to company credit policies. The role also includes providing excellent customer service while balancing risk management and supporting healthy cash flow.

Qualifications

- Robust credit management skills, including experience with credit assessment, limit setting, and risk monitoring.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret financial data, payment trends, and credit reports.
- Experience in debt collection and follow-up activities, with a focus on professional, compliant practices.
- Clear and effective communication skills and customer service abilities to manage queries and resolve issues.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial or ERP software; familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance-related roles is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is beneficial.
