About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and research-driven Content Strategist Associate to develop engaging content ideas, support content planning, and strengthen BookLeaf’s presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, digital trends, audience behaviour, and how to turn ideas into content that connects with writers and readers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing content strategies and monthly calendars for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create ideas for Reels, carousels, memes, Stories, and engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Write captions, scripts, hooks, and creative briefs aligned with BookLeaf’s brand voice.
- Research trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, BookTok, and Bookstagram.
- Analyse competitors and identify opportunities for original, engaging content.




- Coordinate with designers and video creators to execute content ideas.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Identify audience insights, author stories, and community trends that can inspire new content.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or social media content.
- Strong writing, storytelling, research, and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and audience behaviour.
- Genuine interest in books, writing, poetry, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and contribute fresh ideas.

Bonus Points

- Experience in publishing, ed-tech, lifestyle, or creator-led brands.
- Knowledge of content analytics and social media scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with influencer collaborations.
- Experience writing poetry, fiction, or other creative content.
