We're Hiring: Content WriterWe're looking for a Content Writer who can turn product updates, industry insights, and ideas into content that people actually stop to read, from LinkedIn posts and Instagram/X captions to blog articles and product explainers. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to shape and maintain our brand voice across every platform we publish on.

No AI-generated content. Everything you write and design for us must be original, human-made work. We don't want AI content generators doing the writing or creative thinking. Research and editing tools are fine; the voice and ideas must be yours.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook
- Draft blog articles and long-form content around SaaS, WhatsApp Business API, HR tech, and startup topics
- Adapt tone and format for each platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on content calendars and campaigns
- Write product-related content: feature announcements, explainers, and case studies
- Research industry trends and competitor content to keep our content fresh and relevant
- Track content performance (engagement, reach) and refine strategy based on results
- Design creatives for social media (static posts, carousels, banners, and campaign visuals) alongside the copy
- Plan and execute digital marketing activity around content: campaign sequencing, audience targeting, and promotion, not just writing in isolation

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or content marketing
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Understanding of what makes content perform differently on LinkedIn vs. Instagram vs. blogs
- Must be able to design creatives (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools). This is not writing-only; visual content is a core part of the role
- Solid, detailed working knowledge of digital marketing: social media strategy, campaign planning, audience targeting, content funnels, and basic performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage a content calendar
- A portfolio of original writing samples and design/creative samples is required. Samples produced with AI content generators will not be considered.

- Plus (not mandatory): basic SEO knowledge for blog content; familiarity with the SaaS/tech/startup space
