Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Telangana (reporting to the head office in Hyderabad as a base location), responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of construction projects in retail and residential developments. Day-to-day tasks include planning project timelines, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring work alignment with design, quality, and safety standards. The role involves managing the on-site construction team, bill reviews, monitoring costs, tracking progress against milestones, QC and QS compliance,



and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.

The Construction Project

Manager will lead site meetings, manage contractors and their on-site workforce, resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support sustainable construction practices aligned with Urbansky’s values. This position also requires proactive risk management, resource planning, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination.
- Technical knowlege of the cvonstruction activities is mandatyory to drive team(s) and contractor(s).
- Candidates should possess sound skills in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, with requisite software skills.
- Proven experience managing on-site construction projects from planning to handover, preferably in retail or residential developments.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Hyderabad and the broader Indian market.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management and construction scheduling tools; familiarity with sustainable building practices is an advantage.
