Role Description The Civil Engineering Intern will support project engineers and site supervisors in daily activities related to structural design, planning, and execution. This full-time, in office role in Patna involves assisting with preparation of drawings and design documentation, collecting and organizing project data, and helping with quantity estimation and basic site measurements. The intern will contribute to monitoring construction progress, documenting site observations, and coordinating with project teams to ensure work aligns with design specifications and safety standards.





The role may also include basic support in project scheduling, report preparation, and communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including basic understanding of structural analysis and construction materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Water Resource Management, especially a basic grasp of hydrology, drainage design, and sustainable water use in infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting documentation for timelines and resources.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting, professional verbal communication, and effective collaboration with project teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar) and MS Office tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, learn quickly, follow safety practices, and adapt to field and office environments.
