Quick Clean Laundry Solutions

Gurugram

We’re Hiring | Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Quick Clean Laundry Solutions | Gurugram, Haryana | Full time | Leadership Role

Build the Organisation. Develop Leaders. Drive Performance.

At Quick Clean, we are building more than a laundry services company. We are transforming how the hospitality and healthcare industries manage their laundry operations through technology, operational excellence, and sustainable solutions.

With 140+ On-Premise Laundry (OPL) sites across India, a workforce of 1,000+ employees, and ambitious expansion plans, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth.

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who can build the organisation, develop future leaders, strengthen our performance culture, and create the people infrastructure required to support our next phase of growth.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role working directly with the Founder & CEO. The mandate goes beyond traditional HR: we expect our CHRO to influence business performance through better leadership, workforce productivity, talent quality, and organisational effectiveness.

If you are passionate about building high-performance organisations and thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, this opportunity is for you.

What Will You Own?

- Organisation Strategy & Design

Partner with the Founder & CEO and leadership team to translate business objectives into a comprehensive people strategy.

Design scalable organisation structures, workforce plans, and reporting frameworks aligned with business growth.

Establish clear accountability, role ownership, and performance expectations across functions and locations.

Identify organisational capability gaps and build solutions to support rapid expansion.

- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Build a robust recruitment engine to support leadership, sales, operations, engineering, and corporate hiring.

Develop manpower plans aligned with new-site launches, business expansion, and operational requirements.

Strengthen recruitment quality, hiring turnaround time, and onboarding effectiveness.

Build leadership pipelines, campus recruitment programmes, and management trainee initiatives.

Establish talent acquisition metrics covering hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and early-tenure retention.

- Workforce Productivity & Operational HR

Partner with Operations and regional leadership to improve manpower availability, deployment, and productivity across our pan-India sites.

Develop workforce planning models covering staffing requirements, absenteeism, attrition, shifts, and overtime.

Establish productivity benchmarks and workforce management dashboards.

Strengthen HR engagement with frontline employees and operational teams through regular site visits.

Drive initiatives that improve workforce efficiency without compromising service quality, employee welfare, or safety.

- Performance Management & Accountability

Build a high-performance culture through clear KRAs, measurable KPIs, quarterly reviews, and structured performance appraisals.

Align individual and functional performance with company objectives and business outcomes.

Establish transparent performance calibration, promotion, rewards, and performance improvement processes.

Work with business leaders to address sustained underperformance and strengthen managerial accountability.

Design performance-linked incentive and recognition frameworks that reward ownership, execution, and results.

- Leadership Development & Succession Planning

Develop leadership capabilities across regional teams, functional heads, and operational site managers.

Build structured career progression, succession planning, and internal talent development programmes.

Identify high-potential employees and prepare them for larger responsibilities.

Coach managers to become stronger people leaders who can build capable, accountable teams.

Reduce dependence on external hiring by developing a strong internal leadership pipeline.

- Employee Engagement, Retention & Culture

Strengthen Quick Clean’s culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, integrity, and customer focus.

Identify attrition drivers and develop targeted retention strategies for critical talent and frontline employees.

Build effective employee feedback, recognition, communication, and grievance-resolution mechanisms.

Improve managerial effectiveness, employee experience, and consistency of people practices across locations.

Develop initiatives that make Quick Clean an employer of choice for high-performing professionals.

- HR Systems, Analytics & Governance

Build a data-driven HR function supported by effective HRMS utilisation, automation, and people analytics.

Establish dashboards covering attrition, recruitment, attendance, manpower costs, productivity, and performance.

Standardise HR processes across corporate offices, regional teams, and operational sites.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, employment policies, and workplace regulations.

Strengthen HR operations, payroll governance, documentation, and internal controls.

- Compensation, Rewards & HR Team Leadership

Develop transparent compensation structures, salary bands, grading systems, and performance-linked rewards.

Ensure compensation decisions are aligned with performance, internal equity, market benchmarks, and business affordability.

Build and lead a high-performing HR team across talent acquisition, HR operations, business partnering, learning and development, and employee relations.

Establish clear HR team KPIs, service standards, and execution accountability.

Position HR as a strategic business partner rather than a purely administrative function.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience & Qualifications

10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership or strategic HR business partnering role.

Demonstrated experience managing HR for a multi-location organisation with a geographically dispersed workforce.

Strong experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management,

employee relations, and organisation development.

Experience working with frontline employees, site-based teams, and regional leadership.

Good understanding of Indian labour laws and multi-state HR compliance.

Experience building HR systems, dashboards, and measurable people processes.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution would be preferred.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous:

Hospitality and healthcare

Manufacturing and industrial services

Facilities management

Logistics and supply chain

Retail or other multi-location, service-intensive businesses

Experience in a founder-led, high-growth, entrepreneurial, or private-equity-backed organisation will be a strong advantage.

The Leadership Qualities We Value

We are looking for someone who:

Thinks like a business leader: Understands the relationship between people, productivity, revenue, and profitability.

Executes relentlessly: Converts ideas into measurable outcomes rather than stopping at policies and presentations.

Builds leaders: Develops managers who can take ownership and deliver results.

Makes tough decisions: Addresses performance issues with courage, fairness, and sound judgement.

Uses data to drive decisions: Relies on evidence, analytics, and measurable outcomes.

Stays close to the ground: Is comfortable engaging directly with frontline employees and visiting operational sites.

Thrives in a growth environment: Can bring structure and discipline without slowing down entrepreneurial execution.

What Does Success Look Like?

In the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

Build a scalable organisation structure aligned with Quick Clean’s growth ambitions.

Improve workforce planning and manpower productivity across operational sites.

Strengthen leadership capability and succession coverage for critical positions.

Establish a robust performance management and accountability framework.

Improve retention of high-performing and critical employees.

Build a dependable recruitment engine for business expansion.

Introduce reliable people analytics and HR dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Develop a capable HR team that delivers measurable business impact.

Specific targets will be agreed upon after an initial assessment of the organisation and its current performance baselines.

Why Join Quick Clean?

This is an opportunity to work directly with the Founder & CEO and play a defining role in building a high-growth Indian company.

You will have the opportunity to shape the organisation’s culture, develop its future leaders, influence business decisions, and build the people systems required for national and international expansion.

We value ownership, integrity, speed of execution, continuous improvement, and the courage to challenge the status quo.

We are not looking for someone to simply manage HR. We are looking for a leader who can help build the organisation that will take Quick Clean to its next level of growth.

Interested?

If you are ready to build, lead, and make a measurable difference, we would love to hear from you.
