We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Ahmedabad team and work on taxation, valuation, and advisory assignments for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities1. GST –

- Indirect Taxation
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GST reconciliations and input tax credit reviews.
- Assist with GST notices, assessments, departmental queries, and audit support.
- Research GST provisions and support advisory assignments.

2.

Income

Tax –
- Direct Taxation
- Prepare and review income tax returns for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
- Assist with tax computations, advance tax, tax provisions, and reconciliations.
- Support tax audits, assessments, and responses to income tax notices.
- Conduct tax research and assist with direct tax advisory assignments.

3.

Transfer

Pricing
- Assist with domestic and international transfer pricing assignments.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking analyses.




- Research applicable transfer pricing methods and comparable transactions.
- Assist in preparing or reviewing Form 3CEB.
- Support transfer pricing assessments, notices, and advisory assignments.

4. Valuation &
- Advisory
- Assist in business valuation assignments for various purposes, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and transactions.
- Support valuation of shares, businesses, intangible assets, and other financial instruments.
- Assist in preparing valuation models, financial projections, and supporting schedules.
- Conduct industry research, comparable company analysis, and financial analysis.
- Support the preparation of valuation reports and related documentation.

Client

Management &
- Team Coordination
- Coordinate with clients to collect information and supporting documents.
- Manage assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist senior team members with research, analysis, and report preparation.
- Keep track of compliance deadlines and relevant regulatory developments.
