We are looking for a Campus Marketing Coordinator to be the main link between our clients and our in-house editing and promotion teams. You will handle client communication and keep campus campaigns running on schedule, while our team does the creative and promotional work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campus marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities.
- Coordinate with college authorities, student representatives, and campus teams.
- Plan and execute promotional events, activations, and student engagement activities.
- Identify suitable colleges and opportunities for client campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Monitor campaign progress and prepare activity reports.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for clients: take briefs, share updates and handle queries and feedback
- Track deadlines and deliverables so work goes out on time
- Follow up on approvals, pending inputs and payments
Requirements
- 6 months - 2 year of experience in campus marketing,
such as ambassador programs, college activations, fest sponsorships or student-focused campaigns
- Experience handling clients or brand stakeholders and coordinating work across teams
- Working knowledge of how campus campaigns run, including college permissions, ambassador coordination and result tracking
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Well organised, with a habit of following up until things are closed
