We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to turn raw data into meaningful insights, build interactive dashboards, and support business decisions through data-driven reporting and analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze data from databases.
- Prepare MIS reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely report delivery.
- Present actionable insights to management to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Mandatory skills: SQL and Power BI.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, data visualization, and reporting.
- Understanding of KPIs, data modeling, and business reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence are preferred.
